Lisa is committed to helping individuals of all backgrounds achieve their health and fitness goals, with a particular expertise in obesity management, diabetes mellitus and metabolic health. She understands the unique challenges faced by many populations, including women experiencing menopause and provides targeted strategies to support their well-being.
Each individualized program begins with a comprehensive screening appointment, followed by a structured plan over an appropriate time period designed to improve muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular health. Sessions last 60 minutes and are conducted at a pace and intensity suited to each client’s needs. Lisa offers flexible training locations, prioritizing client convenience and safety. She also holds a First Aid Certificate in Emergency Care, ensuring sessions are conducted with awareness and preparedness.
As an Advanced Fitness Instructor, Lisa also teaches group HIIT and Circuit Training classes at a leisure centre providing engaging and effective group workout experiences tailored to various fitness levels.
With a lifetime of experience in athletics and running, Lisa has trained since the age of 11, maintaining a consistent dedication to running for health and fitness throughout her life. After competing in her youth, she returned to competitive athletics in her 40s and now competes as a Masters Athlete at County, Regional, and National levels in track, road racing, and cross-country, bringing first hand expertise in performance training, endurance and resilience to her coaching.
Lisa also brings over seven years of expertise as a Nutrition Advisor, helping clients understand and navigate food choices also choosing appropriate health supplements if needed to support their fitness and wellness goals. Her evidence-based approach ensures that clients receive practical, tailored guidance to enhance their overall health.
